Hi, I'm Laurence. I've walked my own path of healing, growth, and self-discovery, and it's what led me to create Yourself Center — a space where you can feel truly safe to explore whatever is asking for your attention right now, at your own pace, without judgment.
On this site, you'll find the different ways I can support you — Hypnotherapy, EFT, Reiki, Magnetism — plus the topics clients most often bring to me, real stories from people I've helped, and everything you need to book a session when you're ready.
